The North Coastal Consortium for Special Education (NCCSE) is part of a network of regional offices throughout the state of California and is one of 6 in the county of San Diego.
NCCSE provides ongoing assistance to member districts in the following areas:

• Staff Development
• Budget planning and review
• Interagency coordination
• Monitoring compliance of state and federal regulations
• Surrogate Parent Training
• Development of policy, procedure & guidelines
• Placement of Special Education students in the least restrictive environment
