San Diego Workforce Partnership

The San Diego Workforce Partnership funds job training programs that empower jobseekers to meet the current and future workforce needs of employers in San Diego County. They are the local Workforce Development Board, designated by the City and County of San Diego.

Together with community partners, SDWP provides targeted employment services designed to help eligible adult jobseekers identify, or regain, a career that will promote their success.

The San Diego Workforce Partnership is one of the best resources for employers in San Diego County. They provide a free HR hotline to answer your questions about:

  • Workers' compensation
  • Changes to labor law & minimum wage
  • Terminations
  • Employee handbooks
  • Harassment issues
  • Disciplinary issues
  • Compliance
  • Much more

 In addition, they offer workshops on topics such as:

  • Salary requirements
  • Performance appraisals
  • Managing conflict
